iWorth It App Reviews:

How did you get into developing apps?

Robert Hogg:

We got very excited about the iPhone platform, all the different capabilities of the phone, and so we decided to jump in and go for it – make unique apps that had never been done before. Apple’s system has made it very easy for small companies or even single developers to dive in and bring their products to a market of tens of millions of devices.

iWorth It App Reviews:

What was your inspiration for developing this app?

Robert Hogg:

We have initially aimed at games because that is the biggest area of explosion (surprisingly) for the iPhone. After deciding that, we noticed that there was a lack of multi-player networked games, and we felt that the industry would head there in a big way sooner or later. So we decided to try to catch that wave early. iSamurai was the most unique, craziest idea we came up with for a new multi-player game.

iWorth It App Reviews:

How long did it take to develop the app?

Robert Hogg:

About 4 months.

iWorth It App Reviews:

Are there any hidden features to the app?

Robert Hogg:

Not really hidden, although we have been thinking of adding a bonus character to fight in a future update, that might be a little hard to find…

iWorth It App Reviews:

Do you have any future plans for this app?

Robert Hogg:

With this release of the Bluetooth version of iSamurai, we’ve really just released the first version that we wanted everyone to have. Now we are going to really work on upgrades and features that will bring the app to the next level. The next release of iSamurai will be a major upgrade with a lot of new features added.

iWorth It App Reviews:

Do you plan to develop any new apps? If so when can we expect to see them in the App Store?

Robert Hogg:

Yes, we’re in the planning stages for some other similar titles, and will also have some totally different multi-player games that we’re just starting in the near future. No definitive dates yet but we’re aiming for the next few months at the latest.
