iWorth It App Reviews:
How did you get into developing apps?
Daniel McKeon:
I have been a computer programmer for over 10 years and became excited when I saw all of the possibilities available in iPhone applications. Never before has there been a showcase for developers like the Apple App Store!
iWorth It App Reviews:
What was your inspiration for developing this app?
Daniel McKeon:
Besides being a long-time application developer, I am also an avid movie fan and amateur screenwriter. I am constantly quoting movie lines, so “Movie Lines Trivia” just seemed natural. With this game, all of the boring movie facts are left behind and only the funny, memorable movie quotes are focused on.
iWorth It App Reviews:
How long did it take to develop the app?
Daniel McKeon:
This was my first iPhone app, so it took about 3 months. I have been able to write other apps in as little as a few hours.
iWorth It App Reviews:
Are there any hidden features to the app?
Daniel McKeon:
The feature isn’t really hidden, but the “Settings” menu allows you to choose your game play. You can play with a series of 10, 20, or 30 movie lines, or you can use the exciting “Pro” mode, which keeps throwing movie lines at you until you answer three wrong.
iWorth It App Reviews:
Do you have any future plans for this app?
Daniel McKeon:
I am adding many new quotes to the database and will be releasing an update soon.
iWorth It App Reviews:
Do you plan to develop any new apps? If so when can we expect to see them in the App Store?
Daniel McKeon:
Besides “Movie Line Trivia”, I also have a “Howard Stern Trivia” app as well as a “Day of the Week Calendar” in the app store. The free “Day of the Week Calendar” will give you the day of the week for any date, and it will also give you the date of any US Holiday for any year. I am also in the process of developing my first video game for the iPhone. That should be ready in a few months.
